Beyond the incredible skiing, resorts and active outdoor lifestyle, the world-class restaurants also help draw visitors from all over the world. We may be in a pandemic, but Aspen’s local businesses and restauranteurs are making sure visitors and locals have access to all the heartwarming food this town has to offer.
As of right now, Colorado and Pitkin County have strict guidelines that are impacting our favorite local restaurants. Dine-in options are very limited and seating capacity is being kept to a minimum in all Aspen restaurants. This doesn’t mean you have to come to Aspen and eat low-quality food! You can continue to enjoy all the wonderful cuisine of Aspen that we know and love while supporting our amazing local chefs and restaurant workers during this difficult time.
Here are some great alternative ways to enjoy Aspen’s best dishes from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Take-Out & Delivery
The obvious option is to order via take-out or delivery. Though fairly standard in bigger cities, this was not a common practice in Aspen pre-pandemic! Our restaurants have successfully adapted to provide take-out service. You can order directly from the restaurant's website for take-out, or if you prefer delivery, there is a third-party delivery service you can use: OrderFoodAspen.com.
Restaurantji.com and EatAspen.com both have comprehensive lists of local restaurants offering take-out service, including website links and phone numbers. Personal Chefs & Catering
Another excellent way to enjoy some fantastic Aspen cuisine is to hire a personal chef or local catering service to cook gourmet meals directly for you and your guests.
